What working with me looks like.

No long proposals and no surprises. You’ll know what I’m building before I start, and you’ll use it while it takes shape.

Talk — We look at how the work gets done today and pick the problem worth fixing first.
Plan — I write down what I’ll build, what it connects to and what’s left out. You approve it before I start.
Build — You get working pieces early and try them on real tasks, while changes are still easy.
Launch and support — I test it, help your team get started, launch it, and stay on for the support we agreed.

We start with the part that saves the most time, then build from there.

You see real screens every step of the way, so nothing surprises you at launch.
