How pricing works.
No packages, because no two businesses work the same way. No surprises either: you see the price before you commit to anything.
Start with a call
A free call about how your business runs. If I can help, you get a written plan and a price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Building it
If your system needs custom building, there’s a one-time implementation fee. It’s in the written quote, so you know the number before you agree. If what you need is mostly built already, it can be small or nothing at all.
Running it
Hosting, backups, updates and support are one monthly fee, starting around $400 a month. Month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. New features later are agreed with you before I start, so there are no surprise bills.

What people usually ask
What happens if you’re unavailable?
Your system runs on managed cloud hosting, not on my computer, so it keeps working whether or not I’m at my desk. The database is on managed hosting with automatic daily backups. And if you ever decide to leave, you get a full export of your business data at no charge.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your customers, orders, invoices and files are yours. You can export them any time while you’re a client, and one full export is included if you leave.
Do I own the software?
You get everything you need to run your business on it for as long as you’re a client. The underlying platform is shared by my clients, which keeps builds fast and monthly costs low. Your data is always yours.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, and the timeline comes with the quote. RBC Eggs went from the first conversation to stores ordering online in a few weeks.
Do I have to be in Alberta?
No. I’m just west of Edmonton and happy to meet in person nearby, but most of the work happens by phone and video, so I can work with businesses anywhere in Canada.
